This website and the 6 Figure Founder program are owned and operated by Ecom Legends Academy LLC & Kerry Egeler LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
This Refund Policy, along with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer governs your access to and use of www.6figurefounder.com, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.6figurefounder.com (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user.
30 Day Refund Policy For 6 Figure Founder
The Company wholly believes in its program, and the ability to teach serious students how to build an online apparel business. It believes the methods work, but only if the Customer is dedicated to the process. Nevertheless, the Company offers a conditional 30 day money back guarantee if Customer does not believe the information within is suitable for Customer, or does not feel it works for Customer.
If Customer is not completely satisfied with his/her purchase of the Company program within the first thirty (30) days, Customer may contact The Company at [email protected], prior to 11:59 pm PST on the thirtieth day after Customer purchased the program. In this email, Customer must provide (1) the email address he/she used to purchase the program, and (2) a short explanation for why Customer would like a refund, and what about the program was not what Customer expected or wanted.
Upon receipt of this information within the thirty day window, Customer will be offered a full refund. Company reserves the right to inquire with Customer as to the basis of the refund, and assess whether Company is able to provide assistance and/or support to provide Customer with a better experience of program.
Following this thirty day window, all sales will be considered final, and the Company will not issue refunds for any reason. Please conduct any and all necessary research to determine if the program is right for you prior to purchasing – after the 30 day period, all purchases are final, and Customer is responsible for the full payment of all program fees, whether or not Customer completes the term of the program. If Customer purchased program with a payment plan, all payments must be made regardless of participation level.
Cancellation of 6 Figure Founder Subscription
The 6 Figure Founder program is a service offered on an ongoing basis with a monthly or yearly subscription. Customer may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing [email protected].
Upon cancellation, Customer's subscription shall continue until the end of the existing subscription period and shall terminate at the completion of that period. Customer shall not be charged after a cancellation.
Changing Billing Cycle For 6 Figure Founder Program
If Customer is currently on a yearly plan, Customer may choose to switch to a monthly plan at the end of their term. Customer can email Company at [email protected] to switch.
If Customer is currently on a monthly plan, Customer may choose to switch to an annual plan at the end of their current month. Customer can email Company at [email protected] to switch. In this scenario, Customer agrees to a full 12 months moving forward at the current rate for joining 6 Figure Founder on an annual plan.
